Kids can’t resist the excitement and charm of Celebration Cruise’s Lil’ Toot!
If you are boarding from the Santa Barbara Harbor, we dock in front of the Maritime Museum, which is located next to Brophy Bros. If you are joining us from Stearns Wharf, we dock across the pier from the Moby Dick Restaurant. Please see our Santa Barbara Waterfront Map for more information.
Our one-way water taxi ride is approximately 25 minutes and takes you to many of Santa Barbara’s most popular restaurants and destinations.
Santa Barbara can be warm during the day and cool in the evening, so it’s a good idea to wear layers or bring a light jacket. We also welcome strollers that can be folded down to a smaller size during the ride.
Lil’ Toot allows single collapsible strollers (space permitting). We do not permit double-wide strollers, bicycles, or other large recreational equipment.
Lil’ Toot does not permit pets onboard
Our trips departs from Santa Barbara Harbor and Stearns Wharf. See our Calendar for daily departures. Stearns Wharf departures start at 12:15pm and continue every 60 minutes. Santa Barbara Harbor departures start at 11:45pm and continue every 60 minutes.
One-way fare aboard our Santa Barbara water taxi is $10 for adults and $5 for children (0-12 yeards). Return trip tickets may be purchased at the kiosks on each side of the harbor.
A Lil’ Toot Private Charter is $300 for an hour and $425 for 1.5 hours.
Kid’s Birthday Parties are just $150 for a 1 hour cruise in the Santa Barbara harbor. Plus the birthday kid gets an official Lil’ Toot Sailor Hat!
For our Water Taxi service, we advise booking your reservation online because it guarantees a spot. Otherwise, tickets are served on a first come, first serve basis from our Stearns Wharf Kiosk, or on the boat departing from the Santa Harbor.
For our Private Charters and Special Events, booking is available online.
If you are at Stearns Wharf, there is paid parking on the pier. If you are at the Santa Barbara Harbor, both 90-minute free parking and paid parking are available.
Although California State Law currently allows prescription cannabis to be legal, it is not legal while boating since the ocean is considered Federal Waters. All illegal drugs and all forms of cannabis are not permitted on any of the boats for any reason.
Celebration Cruises will not be offering a refund for any cancellations that are less than 1 week before the scheduled departure time. Any cancellations made prior to the 1 week will result in a partial refund. There will be a deduction of 10% from the ticket price and less booking fees. There are no refunds for no-shows.
In the case that Celebration Cruises needs to cancel the cruise because of unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including booking fees, will be issued.
Unfortunately, our boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices. Due to the various levels with ramps, steps, and thresholds it may be unsuitable for some people with atypical mobility. With loading and unloading passengers from an open ocean pier (Stearns Wharf), we are unable to board passengers that require assistance from others or any special equipment. This is for their safety and the safety of others.
