Yes, you can bring your own food, wine, champagne, or beer onboard Whisper. No hard spirits, please. No tobacco, e-cigarette, or cannabis use is permitted.

Whisper boards in the Santa Barbara Harbor. Our dock is located in front of the Maritime Museum, right next to Brophy Bros. The closest street address is 113 Harbor Way, but be aware that many mapping software takes you to the back of the building. We are located in front of 113 Harbor Way. We have private charters available in both one hour and 90-minute slots.

Santa Barbara can be warm during the day and cool in the evening, so it’s a good idea to wear layers or bring a light jacket. No high heels are allowed. We

Private Charters are just $129 for a 60-minute cruise or $189 for a 90-minute cruise.

Yes, Whisper is only available via reservations. You can easily book online from this link. Otherwise, call 805-465-6676 to book or email info@celebrationsb.com to book.

Both 90-minute free parking and paid parking are available at the Santa Barbara Harbor.

Yes, a US Coast Guard Certified Captain is included.

Up to six passengers are allowed by the US Coast Guard. Infants and toddlers are included in the count.

Yes, there are speakers throughout the boat. You can bring your own playlist, or we can play the station of your choice on Spotify or Pandora.

There are no pets permitted aboard Whisper.

Celebration Cruises will not be offering a refund for any cancellations that are less than 1 week before the scheduled departure time. Any cancellations made prior to the 1 week will result in a partial refund. There will be a deduction of 10% from the ticket price and less booking fees. There are no refunds for no-shows.
In the case that Celebration Cruises needs to cancel the cruise because of unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including booking fees, will be issued.

Unfortunately, our boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices. Due to the various levels with ramps, steps, and thresholds it may be unsuitable for some people with atypical mobility. If anyone in your group requires assistance from others or any special equipment, please call (805) 465-6676 to discuss our options.
