  • Capacity : Charter fee includes up to 46 passengers (max.)
  • Food: Feel free to bring your own food for your event aboard the Azure Seas at no additional charge. If you'd prefer catering, we can recommend some excellent options that are familiar with our yacht.
  • Drinks: We offer a full bar onboard for your convenience. You can choose between a hosted bar (where you cover the tab) or a no-host bar (where guests pay for their own drinks). Please note that we accept debit and credit cards only, and we do not accept cash.
  • Accessibility: Unfortunately, our boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices. Due to the various levels with ramps, steps, and thresholds it may be unsuitable for some people with atypical mobility. With loading and unloading passengers from an open ocean pier (Stearns Wharf), we are unable to board passengers that require assistance from others or any special equipment. This is for their safety and the safety of others.
  • Fee Details : Phone Reservations: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 14 days prior to the charter date. A 15% gratuity will be added for the captain and crew. Online Reservations: Payment in full will be processed at checkout. We do not charge port tax or have any additional/hidden fees. What you see is what you get, so you can plan your event with confidence.
  • Cancellation Policy : Refunds are available for cancellations that are made up to (2) weeks before the scheduled departure time (subject to -10% cancellation fee, online booking fees are not returned). Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than (2) weeks before the scheduled departure time. There are no refunds or rebooking for late arrival/no-show.
