  • Drinks & Snacks Available for Purchase: Beer, Margerum Wine, Hard Seltzer & Hard Kombucha, Soda, Water, Juice. Assortment of potato chips, pretzels and candy. We accept debit & credit only, no cash.
  • Accessibility: Unfortunately, our boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices. Due to the various levels with ramps, steps, and thresholds it may be unsuitable for some people with atypical mobility. With loading and unloading passengers from the dock, we are unable to board passengers that have an injury and require assistance from others or special equipment. This is for their safety and the safety of others.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted onboard (including emotional support animals).
  • Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available for cancellations that are made up to (1) week before the scheduled departure time (subject to -10% cancellation fee, online booking fees are not returned). Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than (1) week before the scheduled departure time. There are no refunds or rebooking for late arrival/no-show.

Notice: July 4th is the single most difficult day of the year to park in the Santa Barbara waterfront area. Either procure a ride into the area or set aside a couple of hours to find parking in a nearby area. Your departure time is your prompt departure time – it is incredibly important to check in on time for this specific holiday cruise.
