No pets permitted onboard except ADA-compliant service animals. Outside alcohol, cigarettes, and vaping are not permitted. Strollers and wagons are not permitted. All guests must be able to walk independently using strong, unassisted steps; boats cannot accommodate mobility assistance devices.

Operations are weather-dependent; trips may be canceled or have departure location changes due to conditions. Guests will be notified via text, email, or phone. If Lil’ Toot cancels for weather or unsafe conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy: This is a special event. No cancellations permitted and no refunds are available. You may direct transfer your tickets (call us to set up). There are no refunds or rebooking for late arrival/no-show, including unused tickets.
Weather Policy: In the event that Lil’ Toot needs to cancel the cruise because of unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including booking fees, will be issued.
